We work hard to keep the group story, milestones, and operating numbers correct. They remain subject to confirmation at the time of engagement — fleet sizes, project lists, dealership territory, and product configurations evolve. Treat the contract you sign with DCEPL or DSPL as the source of truth, not the website.
Intellectual property
The Dynamic word mark, logo, photography, and copy on this site belong to Dynamic Crane Engineers Pvt. Ltd. and Dynamic Servitech Pvt. Ltd. Do not reuse them without written permission.
JCB-related marks are used on jcbaccess.in only, under the authorised JCB Access dealer agreement held by DSPL ESS for Maharashtra and Goa. They are not licensed for use on this hub site or the other group sites.
User-submitted content
Anything you send through a contact form or activity inbox is handled per the Privacy Policy. Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes someone else’s rights.
Service availability
This is a marketing website. We aim for high uptime but offer no SLA on the site itself. Operational SLAs across rental, used-equipment trade, EPS, and JCB Access are defined in the contract you sign with DCEPL or DSPL, not here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this site.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our liability arising from your use of this site is capped at the amount you have paid us for services in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
