Two legal entities. Four activities.

In 2024, Dynamic Group restructured into two legal entities. The reason was simple: the four activities had grown into distinct customer journeys with distinct service requirements. DCEPL holds rental and used-equipment trade. DSPL holds EPS (safety electronics) and ESS (JCB Access dealership).

DCEPL

Dynamic Crane Engineers Pvt. Ltd.

DCEPL is the founding entity. It carries the original 2000 incorporation and runs the customer-facing rental and used-equipment trade operations. AWP rental, brought to India by DCEPL in 2007, sits here.

Equipment Rental

Aerial work platforms (50+ unit fleet) and man-material hoists. Maharashtra, Goa, Gujarat coverage with same-day Maharashtra dispatch.

DSPL

Dynamic Servitech Pvt. Ltd.

DSPL holds two divisions. EPS runs the in-house designed safety electronics product line and the AMC India MRT dealership. ESS holds the JCB Access dealership for Maharashtra (signed 2018) and Goa (added 2024). 450+ JCB units delivered cumulative.

EPS — Electronic Safety Products

Heavy equipment safety electronics: SLI, ACS, LMI, crane cameras, wind sensors, solar aviation lamps, T-Log telemetry, and the AMC India MRT (Magnetic Rope Testing) line. Pan-India installation and field service.

Authorised JCB Access dealer for Maharashtra and Goa. Scissor lifts, telescopic boom lifts, articulated boom lifts. Sales, service, parts, financing.

02 / WHY THE SPLIT

Different customers, different service models.

Rental and used-equipment trade share customer base, fleet, and operations. Both run from the Pirangut workshop and live under DCEPL.

Safety electronics (EPS) and the JCB Access dealership (ESS) share field-service infrastructure and an after-sales mindset. Pan-India installation, calibration, and breakdown response work the same way for both. Both moved into DSPL in the 2024 restructure.
