Dynamic Group is a Pune-headquartered industrial group founded in 2000 by Nitin and Bharti Gokhale. Twenty-six years of operating experience across equipment rental, used-equipment trade, heavy equipment safety electronics, and JCB Access dealership — held today by two legal entities, DCEPL and DSPL.
In 2000, Nitin Gokhale and Bharti Gokhale founded Dynamic Crane Engineers in Pune. The original shop did service and small-fleet rental — a single workshop, a handful of cranes, a phone number that was answered directly by the founders.
In 2007 we noticed something that wasn't in the Indian market yet: organised aerial work platform rental. Indian construction and industrial sites were either making do with scaffolding or importing AWPs project-by-project. We brought AWP rental to India that year, building the country's first organised fleet. Eighteen years later that fleet has grown to 50+ machines.
The JCB Access dealership came in 2018 — Maharashtra first, then Goa in 2024. Cumulative deliveries across the two states have crossed 450 Dynamic JCB units. In parallel, the in-house electronics team kept building safety products: Safe Load Indicators, Anti-Collision Systems, Load Moment Indicators, crane cameras, wind sensors, solar aviation lamps, and most recently T-Log engine telemetry.
In 2024 the group restructured into two legal entities. The reason was simple: the four activities had grown into distinct customer journeys with distinct service requirements. Read the DCEPL → DSPL restructure note for the structure detail.

DCEPL retains rental and used-equipment trade. DSPL holds the EPS (Electronic Safety Products) and ESS (Equipment Sales & Services / JCB Access) divisions.

Goa added to existing Maharashtra dealership. Cumulative JCB Access deliveries cross 450 units across the two states.

T-Log engine telemetry product launched for mobile crane fleets. Group Hackathon 2025 brings cross-team build week across rental ops, safety R&D, and JCB Access.
