Founded Dynamic Crane Engineers in Pune in 2000 with the original brief of doing crane service and small-fleet rental properly. Twenty-six years later, that single workshop is a four-activity industrial group operating from one Pune campus and a Pirangut workshop.

Brought aerial work platform rental to India as an organised category in 2007 — the country’s first AWP rental fleet. Signed the JCB Access dealership for Maharashtra in 2018 and added Goa in 2024. Cumulative JCB Access units delivered across the two states have crossed 450.

Engineer by training; runs strategy across rental, used-equipment trade, EPS (safety electronics), and JCB Access. Owns the engineering culture that is responsible for the in-house DRM, ACS, LMI, T-Log, and solar aviation lamp product lines now installed pan-India.

Co-founder. Owns the back office that lets a 26-year-old industrial group still run lean from a single Pune HQ — finance, treasury, audit, GST, HR, talent, and the operating discipline that backs DCEPL and DSPL.

Built the financing partnerships behind the equipment-financing offer that customers use to acquire JCB Access machines through the dealership. Owns banking and the JCB-Finance + NBFC relationships.

Runs the group hiring and training programme that staffs rental ops, the Pirangut workshop, the EPS field service network, and the JCB Access dealership team — across two legal entities and pan-India service.
