04 / GROUP STORY

26 years of lifting India.

Dynamic Group started in 2000 as a single crane shop in Pune, founded by Nitin Gokhale and Bharti Gokhale. Over 26 years it has grown into a four-activity industrial group operating from one Pune campus and a Pirangut workshop.

In 2007 we brought aerial work platform rental as a category to India. In 2018 we signed the JCB Access dealership for Maharashtra; Goa was added in 2024. Through the same period our in-house electronics team built the SLI, ACS, LMI, wind sensor, solar aviation lamp, and T-Log product lines that are now installed pan-India.

In 2024 the group restructured into two legal entities. DCEPL (Dynamic Crane Engineers Pvt. Ltd.) holds the rental and used-equipment trade operations. DSPL (Dynamic Servitech Pvt. Ltd.) holds the EPS (Electronic Safety Products) and ESS (Equipment Sales & Services / JCB Access dealership) divisions.

Nitin Gokhale

Founded Dynamic Crane Engineers in Pune in 2000. Brought aerial work platform rental to India in 2007 and signed the JCB Access dealership for Maharashtra in 2018, Goa in 2024. Engineer by training; runs strategy across rental, trade, safety electronics, and JCB Access.

FOUNDER

Bharti Gokhale

Co-founder. Owns finance, HR, and the operating discipline that lets a 26-year-old industrial group still run lean from a single Pune HQ. Built the back office that backs DCEPL and DSPL.
