Pune, December 8, 2025 — Dynamic Group ran its first cross-team Hackathon 2025 at the Pune campus, bringing together rental operations, EPS safety-electronics R&D, the JCB Access dealership team, and back-office staff for a five-day build week.
Four tracks ran in parallel. Track 01 (EPS R&D + DRM team) advanced the DRM-7000, the next-generation tower SLI, with edge-AI hazard detection running on-device for real-time response without cloud round-trips. Track 02 (EPS R&D + Cloud) shipped a demo of T-Log Cloud, a multi-tenant fleet dashboard for mobile-crane operators using T-Log telemetry. Track 03 (ESS dealership + HR) built a digital JCB Access operator certification trail. Track 04 (Rental ops + EPS R&D) produced a predictive-maintenance pilot plan for five spider lifts in the DCEPL AWP fleet.
All four customer-facing activities — DCEPL rental, DCEPL used-equipment trade, DSPL EPS safety electronics, DSPL ESS JCB Access dealership — were represented across the four tracks. Outputs from each track feed directly into the DRM-7000, T-Log Cloud, and JCB operator certification roadmaps already in motion.
Dynamic Group founder Nitin Gokhale and co-founder Bharti Gokhale opened and closed the week. Photos and video from the hackathon will be published to dgoc.in/hackathon-2025 once curated.
